Terms of Use

1. Your Subscription

• 1.1 Subscription Plan. The Service offers a monthly and an annual auto-renewing subscription plan (“Premium Subscription”). Subscription fees and billing cycles are displayed in the app.
• 1.2 Billing & Renewal. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, charging the payment method associated with your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). You may turn off auto-renew at any time in your device’s subscription settings.
• 1.3 Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your device’s subscription management interface. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will not receive a prorated refund.
• 1.4 Free Trials & Intro Offers. If you sign up for a free trial or introductory promotional rate, you will be automatically billed the full subscription price upon trial expiration, unless you cancel before it ends.

2. Use of the Service

• 2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• 2.2 Account & Access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• 2.3 Guest vs Registered. Guests may browse content and ask limited AI chat questions. Registered users enjoy full Premium features once subscribed.

3. Content & License

• 3.1 Our Content. All videos, summaries, AI-generated transcripts, and other materials provided through the Service (“Content”) are owned by Experts in Longevity or licensed to us.
• 3.2 Your License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
• 3.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Content beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms.

4. Your Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful or fraudulent manner;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technological protection measures;
• Transmit viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your Subscription will end, and your license to use the Content will cease.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EXPERTS IN LONGEVITY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms
